House Rules
Guests are required to sign a NC Vacation agreement per the NC Vacation Rental Act Guests not use the two fireplaces located on the backyard patio. They are for decorative purposes. The boat slip/boat are not accessible for the guests.

Our Point of View is located less than two minutes from Buoy's Restaurant at Hyco Lake Marina, which is directly across the road leading to the Person/Caswell County Lake Authority and Campground.

Quiet neighborhood with paved road to the property. Neighbors are located on either side of the property.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole house/grounds with the exception of an owner's closet located in the master bedroom. Also, guests will not have access to the owner's boat located in the dock slip. However, if a guest would like to rent a pontoon during their stay, we can assist you with a 3rd party rental.
Find us
Parking is located at the property. Please do not park in the garage. Once your boat is in the water, the marina is less than 2 minutes away and you are located on the main (busy) part of the lake.
