What a conveniently comfy place to stay in town. Literally steps away from a coffee shop/CuppaJoe, Italian restaurant/La Piazza, and a local Artisan Emporium filled with goodies handmade by local artists. I plan to stay here again! Mary Jo is an excellent communicator!

We had an amazing time! Mary Jo was super to work with from booking to checkout. I along with my daughters and a few of their friends came for a bachelorette weekend and it was just perfect. The home was super accommodating, very clean and just as it said it would be. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the deck areas and cooked a lovely meal in well equipped kitchen. The lake view was beautiful and dock and dock house were great!!! They have and have planned for everything you need! We would definitely recommend this home and working with Mary Jo. We have nothing negative to say at all! It was nothing short of an amazing weekend! Thanks Mary Jo!!

Stayed here for the weekend with some friends, it’s very big and spacious enough for adults and kids. We did bring our two dogs with us and they enjoy the lake a lot. Beautiful home and would come back.

The house is nice and enough room for our family. Most of the kitchenware were new and the kitchen was clean. The platic plates, cups and plasticware for kids were a nice touch. We got there late at night and there were no lights leading up to the house and had a slight issue finding the turn to the house. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the house was decorated nicely and the rooms were clean. The best part of the stay is Mary Jo, she is very responsive and friendly! We plan to book with her next year already :)

We have stayed in a LOT of Airbnbs before and this one took the cake, by far. The house had EVERYTHING you could think of. It was fully stocked - and not just with average items - but higher end items. The linens felt like a fancy hotel. The bathrooms were stocked with amenities. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly need -- the knives were sharp, there were plenty of nice pans & pots, etc etc. It felt like someone lived there full time and was just letting us borrow it for a few days. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. The first couple of days of our stay were rainy - but we were perfectly content relaxing inside. The fooseball table and provided games were loved by all --- the views are spectacular. My daughter even saw an otter at the bottom of the yard in the water. This was just the perfect place for a girl's weekend to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Absolutely Beautiful! My husband and I travel a lot and have booked a lot of different Airbnbs in a lot of different places, this by far was one of my favorites. The house was clean and spacious and stocked with everything you could imagine you’d need and the view is absolutely beautiful. We celebrated our anniversary here and definitely have memories we will cherish. Oh I also have to add this as well. The first date I booked the house for I unexpectedly became ill and needed to change our dates, Vernon Real Estate was very kind and understanding and worked with me. I really appreciated that.

Beautiful clean house and surrounding property. Hosts communicated well from booking to checkout. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and loved the extra space at the boat house. Best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at! View of the lake from the house and decks are awesome. Really appreciated having the kayaks to use on the picturesque lake. Would definitely stay again next time in the area.

I highly recommend this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental in downtown Roxboro. I came to NC for the first time since moving to Alabama with my husband, to visit family and friends for Father's Day and needed a place to stay. We booked the same day and checked in within 2 hours of sending the request. Vernon's Real Estate responded to my request in a timely fashion and the self check in process was super easy. If I had a question throughout my stay, I was sure to get a quick response and never had to wait on a response even on a holiday weekend. I never knew there was an Air B&B this nice located in Roxboro. The place was very clean and in order. There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen and a nice tiled shower. This is the first time visiting family and friends in Roxboro after moving to Alabama with my husband and I truly felt at home. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you need a place to stay!

Looking last minute for a place to stay as we were coming into town for a family funeral, I was SO very happy to find this place! It is lovely and I hope to go back to see family and stay here again. So relaxing and comfortable. Loved the renovations! Loved the ease of access for us and the sense of security. Restaurants nearby. Just a very nice place to stay and so very relaxing. We highly recommend this place and this host!
